JUNE 2004:
Free Trial Inclusion is Back....
With immediate effect, we are re-introducing 'free inclusion' as a trial before paid inclusion. To join we-have-it.com, simply submit your site - we'll view your site, judge whether it meets our inclusion guidelines, and include it if it does.
After 30 days, you will be able to see if your site has gained traffic from we-have-it.com and be able to judge if your site should be included in our site directory by paying our inclusion fee... if not, your site will be removed.
JULY 2002:
We-Have-It.com has gone to PAY ONLY MODE!
As of July 1st 2002, We-Have-it will be pay inclusion for the mall only. All merchants will receive a email to this notice the week of July 1st. If your site was included in the mall prior to June 15th, 2002 you will receive a 50% discount for the first year. All site suggestions that are received after July 1st must accompany payment.
One year inclusion is $119.99 and includes a banner placement that merchant supplies of 468X60 that is no larger than 12K. Contact billing@we-have-it.com for more information or 1-877-416-8655 and ask for Merchant Services department for We-Have-It.

NOVEMBER 2001:
Merchants and site owners are only allowed to suggest a site to the mall. You must also not use a free email account such as "hotmail-yahoo" account.
Has your site changed? We have sent out a massive email to all merchants in the mall to please notify us when your site has had uplift. MARCH 2001:
We-Have-It.com decided that they would have to stop informing merchants if they were not included in the mall for various reasons. This decision comes after week long investigation on the amount of labor hours involved in 'back and fourth emails' to merchants that wanted to discuss the matter further. We appologise for this action, as we recieve close to 100 'suggest a site' request per day.
JUNE 2000:
We're have had an amazing amount of request for T-shirts during our t-shirt give away. In fact, in first 9 days of June we had over 36,000 request! Please note, that we are COMPLETELY out of T-shirts now. If your request was processed while the supplies were still available, you will receive your T-shirt before July 4th.....
Be sure to take care of your T-shirt because there were thousands of other people that would have loved to have one too. :o)
If you were not so lucky to get your order in quick enough, please accept our apology and expect to find something in the mail from us during the summer months. Again, we are sorry and apologize for any inconvenience that this may caused.

We're still not finished, and are doubting that we ever will be, but here are the things we've done recently, and the list of things that are on the 'imminent', or 'already prioritized' lists!

Things done recently:
- Download of Actinic Moved - E-Commerce Software download has now been moved to Web Your Business site. The new link is HERE.
- T-Shirt Offer - boy they went quick! We've had more printed!
Now extending our FREE T-Shirt Draw to ANYONE! All you have to do, is tell 2 friends about our site, we will post you a free t-shirt.
This offer is only good while supplies last!
- MAJOR BUG FIXED!! - We found a problem in our 100% Custom Classified ad management software. Although not a problem on most servers, we fixed a problem which lost files when working with Unix Web Servers with 0 space left in the /tmp filesystem. This problem led to lost ads at time of renewal. New ads should NOT be affected.
- Link to Actinic Catalog Flash Demo - On the download page, we now have a link to Actinic Software's NEW Flash demo. See for yourself how the product works, without the software download. Once you've seen it, we're confident that you'll download the demo for a REAL demo!
- Free T-Shirt draw. We've yet to amend the pages telling people about it, but we are giving away t-shirts! Send us some feedback (positive or negative) and you'll get into our weekly draw for a t-shirt. If you give us a suggestion, or comment which we use in the site you WILL get a t-shirt!
- WebMaster Tools page - added.
- What's new page added - (THIS page!)
- Classified ads fronting pages (country entry) list only ads relevant to the country now. Previously, the last 5 ads were listed, regardless of country.
- Improved the parsing of ads. Tightened the error and HTML tag checking.
- Extended the ad confirmation period from 24 to 72 hours.
- Extended the classified ad default display period to 1 month from 2 wks.
- Partially programmed the re-confirm program, so that ads can be submitted again, for a second display period without typing the whole thing in again. Due to be finished by 20th Nov. 1999.
- Increased the stability of the E-Commerce Software Trial download.
- Made the error messages friendlier on the Classified Ad Confirmation program (some web based browsers split the confirmation URL into two lines, which the confirmation program doesn't like. It used to be RUDE! Now it gives SOME helpful advice on getting the ad confirmed).
- Site suggestion form amended. People were suggesting LARGE corporation sites, and we're not into helping them. We're here for the smaller business, mainly. Let's keep it friendly!
Things on the 'Imminent' list:
- Pre-configured E-Commerce Trial. A version of the trial software that will work immediately after download, using OUR web space. This helps users 'configure' it, which we recognize as the 'hardest' part of getting the software up and running. Please bear in mind, that this is easy anyway!
- Web Your Business site nearly revamped to completion. Boy that took longer than expected... you keep asking for things on this site, and can't do it all at once!
Things on the 'Prioritized' list:
- Edit ads facility. We're still racking our brains as to how to do this without having users need to 'register'. Hold tight... we're working on it!
- Ad Category Notification List - Users have suggested that they would like to be notified if new ads appear in certain categories. We think it's a good one, so we're working on it, but this isn't a 5 minute job!
- Just about anything you users suggest! We're open to suggestions, and take MOST of them seriously.
